About Kate and Michele

We're united by a shared passion: building organizations that develop and unleash the potential of every member. Together, we bring decades of experience helping companies break free from outdated management practices and create environments where people can do their best work.

Kate Isaacs is a Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management, where she pioneered coursework on distributed leadership and organizational agility. She co-founded MIT's Business for Inclusive Local Thriving Lab and serves as lead faculty for the Higher Ambition Leadership Alliance. Her work has been featured in Harvard Business Review and other leading publications. She helps leaders build future-ready organizations for people and places to thrive.

Michele Zanini co-founded the Management Lab, an organization
that builds technology and tools to support breakthrough management innovation. He co-authored the Wall Street Journal bestselling book Humanocracy. A former McKinsey consultant, he's led transformation initiatives at many of the world's most admired companies. His work appears regularly in Harvard Business Review, the Financial Times, and Fast Company.
